Senior Product Manager at Doximity

Ashley Westhem began their work experience in 2012 as the Editor in Chief of The Stanford Daily Newspaper. In this role, they coordinated content across sections, managed a team, and worked on marketing and advertising for the company. Ashley held this position until July 2016.

In 2012, Ashley also worked as a Sports Broadcaster for KZSU Stanford Radio 90.1FM, where they provided coverage and analysis for women's basketball games and color commentary for Stanford football. Ashley negotiated press credentials and arranged player and coach interviews. Ashley remained in this role until March 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Ashley worked as a Tour Guide for Stanford Visitor Information Services. In this position, they answered visitor inquiries, operated the front desk of the visitor center, and led tours that highlighted the history, traditions, and student life of Stanford. This role helped their develop strong public speaking skills.

Ashley joined Kappa Alpha Theta, Phi Deuteron in 2013 as the Communications Director. Ashley organized and supervised committees, served as a liaison to other chapters and alumnae, and designed and distributed a bi-quarterly newsletter. Ashley held this position until December 2014.

In 2015, Ashley worked as a Summer Clerk at Bryan Cave, where they assisted on cases involving anti-doping and safe sport rules. Ashley also conducted market analysis and research, resulting in three final research projects that were used to secure business and pursue new clients for the firm.

Most recently, Ashley has been employed at Doximity since July 2017 as a Senior Product Manager.

Ashley Westhem has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies from Stanford University, which they earned between 2012 and 2016. Ashley later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communications from the same university, completing it between 2016 and 2017.
