Dom Romero has a diverse work experience in design and marketing roles. Dom started their career as a Graphic Designer Marketing Assistant at The University of New Mexico in 2011, where they implemented marketing and design strategies. Dom then became the Director of Marketing & Design at the University of New Mexico Athletics from 2012 to 2014, where they developed marketing plans and created various designs. In 2014, they joined Client Solution Innovations as a UX/UI Designer, managing the design team and collaborating with clients on projects. In 2015, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Columbus Crew SC, providing creative direction for marketing assets. Dom later joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a User Experience Designer in 2016, performing user research and designing layouts for internal applications. Currently, they work as a Senior Product Designer at Doximity.

Dom Romero received a Master's Degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University in 2016. Prior to that, Dom obtained a BA in Communications/Business from The University of New Mexico, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
