William Harvey

William Harvey's work experience starts in 2016 when they worked as a Full Stack Developer at rBux Inc. William then moved on to Sprout At Work in 2017, where they served as a Full Stack Developer. At Sprout At Work, they developed an open API backend and new features for web and mobile applications. In the same year, they also worked as a Software Developer at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.

In 2018, William joined Doximity as a Software Engineering Intern and worked on various projects. William developed an internal question & answer extension, created an automatic documentation creator, and made several npm modules. William continued working at Doximity in 2019 as a Software Engineering Intern at Autodesk.

Their most recent role, starting from 2020, is as a Software Engineer at Doximity. In this position, they are part of the Core Identity team, writing code predominantly in Ruby and Go. William has also managed and improved authorization core and subsystems, implementing state-of-the-art specs such as OAuth 2.

William Harvey attended the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering, specifically focusing on the Management Sciences option.
