Harshal Jain

Harshal Jain currently serves as Senior Director of Business Operations at Dozee, overseeing operational excellence and strategic planning while leading five teams across 30 cities. With extensive experience in operations and customer success, Harshal has also acted as an Angel Investor in various startups since December 2021. Previous roles include Senior Director at PharmEasy, where responsibility included the expansion of a premium Lab Franchise Network in India, and Director at Medlife.com, which was acquired by PharmEasy. As a co-founder of MedLabz, Harshal contributed to innovative healthcare solutions through diagnostic services and AI. Early career experiences include business analysis at GulfTalent.com and various leadership positions at IIT Delhi. Harshal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
