DP - Demokratesch Partei
We make policies that face the new challenges. We want to better unite the different needs in people's lives. Women and men can be successful at work and at the same time have enough time for their families, children and leisure time. We like to speak Luxembourgish and are proud of our multilingualism. The DP has ensured that there are finally different schools for our different children in Luxembourg and that the talents of all children – in and out of school – are adequately encouraged. We are convinced that we must not play off the interests of economy and ecology against each other, but must intelligently combine the two in order to continue to develop our country sustainably and responsibly. The DP will invest massively in the country's mobility infrastructure so that we can all get from A to B faster in the future - whether by bus, train, car, tram, bicycle or on foot. We have proven that a balanced national budget is possible, despite high investments in the areas of education, mobility and housing. For the DP, healthy state finances are the basis of our politics and for the credibility of our country in Europe and in the world. Not "either ... or", but "both and": This is the basis of the successful Luxembourg model, with which we will continue to lead our country into a secure future. Because that is "Zukunft op Lëtzebuergesch".
