Aleksandra Marshall has extensive experience in operations and sales within the medical and aesthetic sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Dp Derm since June 2017, Aleksandra oversees the exclusive distribution of Dp Dermaceuticals and the DP4 microneedling system. Prior experience includes a role in International Sales and Marketing at Equipmed from March 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities involved developing marketing strategies and supporting client acquisition across Australia, Europe, and North America. Additionally, Aleksandra worked as an Independent Sales Contractor for The Southwestern Company from March 2005 to September 2006, focusing on direct sales and training junior sales staff. Aleksandra holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Maryland, earned between 2003 and 2007.

Dp Derm is the US distributor for the world-leading FDA-cleared microneedling technology, the Dp4, as well as its accompanying line of protocol products, DP Dermaceuticals. Formulated to deliver superior results in clinical microneedling treatments, Dp Dermaceuticals have an extended purpose in supporting medical skin resurfacing treatments outside of the clinic as well. While as a company we mainly work directly with aesthetic professionals, our products are designed to support the full patient journey, from the clinic and into the home. Our goal is to deliver the most effective protocols that lead to the best possible results, and our focus is to empower both the practitioner and the patient through superior service and education.
