Prior to DP World, Monal worked at HiCare Services Pvt.Ltd. as the Head of HR from August 2008 to June 2010, and at Tata Motor Finance as the Head of HR & Admin from August 2003 to August 2008. Monal started their career at UTI Mutual Fund as a Manager HR from May 2000 to August 2003. Monal holds a PGP in Management, HR from International Management Institute - IMI and a BSc in Physics & Maths from Lucknow University.
