J.f. Barnwell Jr. (Jay)

J.F. (Jay) Barnwell, Jr. has a strong and diverse work experience. J.F. (Jay) served as the President & CEO of Design and Production Incorporated since 1991, where they oversaw notable projects such as the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the National Archives. In 2001, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Burke & Herbert Bank and played an active role in the Trust, Governance, and Asset/Liability Committee. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Former Member of the Board of Directors at the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, a non-profit organization that promotes space sciences and engages students in hands-on learning opportunities.

J.F. (Jay) Barnwell, Jr. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. J.F. (Jay) attended the university from 1975 to 1979.
