Darshan D currently serves as the Associate Manager - Strategy & Growth at DPDzero, where responsibilities include driving growth and collection strategy through the development of data-driven frameworks, AI-driven portfolio segmentation, behavioral insights, and automated workflows aimed at reducing delinquencies for NBFCs and banks. Previously, Darshan held the role of Credit Risk Analyst, focusing on building predictive models and conducting advanced data analyses to assist lenders in India with delinquency reduction, as well as serving as a Data Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and debt recovery. Darshan also gained experience as a Junior Manager for the Outgoing Social Sector at AIESEC in Chennai. Academically, Darshan completed a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in 2023.
