Beata P. currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at DPV Health, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include the oversight of workplace health and safety. Previous roles include General Manager People and Culture and Workplace Health & Safety Lead at DPV Health. Prior to this, Beata P. worked as a Return to Work & Wellbeing Consultant at Dental Health Services Victoria, managing injury and return-to-work functions for over 700 public health employees. Beata P. also held the position of Health, Safety & Wellbeing and Injury Management Advisor at Box Hill Institute and worked as a Project Officer in the Dispute Management Division at Victoria WorkCover Authority. Beata P. holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University and graduate certificates in Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University and RMIT University, respectively.

We also deliver a wide range of community support programs such as Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, Refugee & Asylum Seeker health, homelessness services, community asthma programs and more.
