Kacie Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and client services management. Currently serving as the HR Team Leader - Volunteer at the Country Fire Authority since October 2023, Kacie also holds the position of Program Manager and Disability Manager at DPV Health since January 2022. Prior roles include Client Engagement Manager at CareChoice from March 2021 to January 2022 and a progression of roles at Carinya Society, including Client Services Manager and Assistant Client Services Manager, from January 2012 to March 2021. Kacie holds a Certified Manager degree from the CEO Institute, obtained in October 2023, specializing in business, management, marketing, and related support services.
