Tebogo Mphepya is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process optimization and project management. Currently serving as Group Engineering Manager at Dr. Oetker since February 2019, Tebogo previously held the position of Process Optimization Engineer at Tiger Brands, where responsibilities included driving continuous improvement in manufacturing units and defining manufacturing procedures. Prior experience also includes serving as Team Leader for Tearfund, where Tebogo led initiatives to alleviate poverty and support community development in various countries. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, complemented by practical experience gained during a vacation role at Rand Refinery Limited.
