Andrea Dri started their career as a Temporary Research Associate at Università degli Studi di Udine, evaluating the use of magnetic resonance tomography on foods, specifically raw ham. Andrea then moved on to Dr. Schär, where Andrea currently holds the position of Global Product Development Manager, focusing on gluten-free bakery products, ready meals, and pizza. Andrea also holds the title of Product Developer at the company, managing team product development activities.
