Neale Goddard Pr.Eng. GCC serves as Senior Vice President of Mining Projects at DRA Global since November 2013, overseeing the development and execution of mining projects across the EMEA region. Previously, Neale held various senior roles within DRA Global, including Executive Vice President of Project Delivery and Divisional Managing Director of DRA Mining, focusing on sustainable growth, strategic planning, and operational performance. Neale's experience includes project management and engineering roles at Nordberg Group and AngloGold Ashanti, where foundational skills were developed in project execution and operational maintenance. Neale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed the Cranfield Directors Program for Organizational Leadership at Cranfield School of Management.
