Sean Flanagan

Sean Flanagan, CSPO, CSM, is a seasoned technology and product operations leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex projects across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Product and Technology Operations at DraftKings Inc., Sean is responsible for budget management, headcount processes, and M&A due diligence for nearly 1500 employees across six countries. Previous roles include Director of Global Technology Operations, Director of Engineering at DraftKings, and positions at notable companies such as Blackboard, Verizon Wireless, and EY. As the Founding President of Mogul Properties, Sean focuses on real estate development projects, while BDeveloped LLC, founded by Sean in 2013, provides technical consulting services. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boston College, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and studied Computer Engineering at Trinity College Dublin.
