David Norman

David Norman is an experienced product security engineer and software engineer with a career spanning several prominent organizations since 1991. Currently employed at Dräger since October 2014, David has held multiple titles, including Product Security Engineer and Staff Software Engineer. Previous positions include Principal Software Engineer roles at both United Technologies Aerospace Systems and FLIR Systems, as well as extensive experience at IMPACT Science and Technology as Principal Systems Engineer and Principal Software Engineer. David's career began as a Software Engineer at Bell Communications Research and McLaughlin Research Corporation. David also served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1984 to 1992, participating in Desert Storm. Academically, David holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rivier University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University, and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Thames Valley State Technical College.
