Matthias Willner is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience at Dräger since 2008, currently holding the position of Head of Innovation Center and previously, Head of User Experience Design and Global Product Design Manager. Matthias has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the global design teams for safety technology, while also overseeing the UX design group across safety and medical technology sectors. Additionally, Matthias is a lecturer in Design Management and Product Service Systems at Technisches Design | TU Dresden since 2016. Prior to Dräger, Matthias served as Lead Design Manager 3D at Beiersdorf, responsible for 3D design developments for the Nivea brand and contributing to the creation of Nivea's new design language. Matthias holds a Diplom Designer degree in Industrial and Product Design from Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design.
