Nilesh Talele, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of business development and cancer research, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, Nilesh held the position of Director of Business Development at Fortress Biotech and gained significant research experience as a Merck Research Fellow and postdoctoral researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital.
