Anjana Brinkerhoff

Anjana Brinkerhoff currently serves as a Senior Production Quality Engineer at Draper since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Quality Analyst at Textron Systems from August 2022 to February 2024, and as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Lockheed Martin from April 2021 to June 2022. Anjana's career began at BAE Systems as a Process Engineer II from August 2015 to May 2020, focusing on Automatic Optical Inspection Tool and Laser Seal work centers. Earlier, Anjana worked as a Quality Engineer at Raytheon, where responsibilities included coordinating failure analysis and applying Six Sigma tools to tackle manufacturing and materials challenges. Anjana's initial industry exposure included an internship at Endicott Interconnect Technology, aiding in chemical analysis for printed circuit board manufacturing. Anjana holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Materials Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, expected to graduate in 2026.
