Bethany Braga

Bethany Braga is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRIS Analyst and previously as a Senior Specialist at Draper since July 2021. Prior to this role, Bethany worked at Coldwell Banker Realty as a Real Estate Agent from March 2021 to April 2024 and at Luminoso Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Generalist from November 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes positions at Mimecast as a Total Rewards Specialist and Human Resources Representative, Panther Global Group as an Onboarding Specialist, and coaching roles at Amherst Regional High School and Sidekick Soccer Academy. Earlier career experience includes internships at Mercury Systems, Bose Corporation, and Kelmar Associates. Bethany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and studied at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
