Connor Diehl

Connor Diehl is a highly skilled XR Software Engineer currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Draper since January 2022, where expertise in Mixed Reality systems is applied to training, situational awareness, and haptic solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer and Staff Engineer at Triton Systems, Inc. from November 2018 to January 2022, focusing on multidisciplinary system design and integration. Connor's earlier positions include Mechanical Engineer at CVD Diamond Company, where efforts were directed at improving diamond growth systems, and various engineering and mentorship roles during an academic career, including a Teacher Assistant position at Olin College of Engineering and involvement in projects for competitive blind sailors and wheelchair user scales. A graduate of Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering with a Bachelor's of Science in Robotics, Connor's educational foundation was laid at North Salem High School, where an Advanced Regents Degree with Honors was earned.
