Michael McGrath

Michael McGrath is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in systems integration, test engineering, and design across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Integration and Test Systems Engineer at Draper since July 2023, McGrath previously held the role of Requirements and Testing Subject Matter Expert at PCI, where responsibilities included writing test plans, directing evaluations, and managing testing for advanced defense systems. Prior to this, McGrath was a Lead Design Engineer at GE Aviation, leading projects for test enabling hardware in military engines. Experience also includes significant contributions at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where McGrath performed structural analysis and coordinated design efforts for naval systems. McGrath holds dual Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institutions.
