Raj V. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineering Program Manager at Draper since November 2024, Raj previously held the position of Engineering Program Manager at Form Energy, Inc., focusing on research and development, performance, architecture, controls, and cell development from 2021 to 2024. With extensive experience at Northrop Grumman from 2015 to 2021 as a Technical Program Manager and Principal Electrical Engineer, Raj also contributed as an Engineering Consultant at Corvae LLC, advising various clients in robotics, sensor automation, and consumer electronics. Raj's early career includes roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, World Aerospace Corporation, and as a Senior Design Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
