Andy Dix

Andy Dix is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and operations. Currently serving as the IT Operations Technical Lead - Cloud at Drax Group since June 2016, Andy transitioned from a role as Senior DevOps Engineer. Prior to this, Andy was the Software Development Team Leader at Haven Power from February 2014 to June 2016, focusing on team management and the implementation of modern development techniques. Between 1996 and 2013, Andy held the position of Development Manager at Wheatley Associates Ltd, and earlier roles included Software Developer at Mid Suffolk District Council and Compass Business Systems, where expertise in DataBASIC and the PICK operating system was developed. Andy completed education at Northgate High School from 1981 to 1986.
