Char Kurihara is a highly experienced real estate professional who has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Char began their career at DRB Group in 1997, where they worked as a Real Estate Professional before eventually becoming the Corporate Vice President in 2012. In 2000, Char joined Centex Homes Mid-Atlantic Region as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a role they held until 2009. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities in the region. In 2009, Char joined Richmond American Homes as the Regional and National Vice President of Sales - East Coast, where they provided leadership to both East Coast and West Coast sales leaders. Char actively participated in board meetings and strategic planning for the organization. Char later joined Ryland Homes in 2010 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a position they held until 2012. Through their various roles, Char has demonstrated their strong leadership abilities and expertise in the real estate industry.
