Kisa Heyer has served as the CEO of Dream Foundation since December 2013, leading the only national organization dedicated to granting end-of-life Dreams for terminally-ill adults and their families, including veterans. Prior experience includes serving as President of the Board of Trustees at Ganna Walska Lotusland from 2007 to 2009 and holding various leadership roles on the Board from 1999 to 2010. Kisa also held positions at JP Morgan as Client Services Manager and Fixed Income Middle Office Manager from 1995 to 1998, worked as a Consultant Accountant at Michael Page International from 1993 to 1995, and was a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from 1990 to 1992. Kisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and French from Saint Mary's College of California in 1990.

Dream Foundation is the only national organization that serves end-of-life Dreams for terminally-ill adults and their families, including veterans. Dreams come in many forms, but all of them provide inspiration, comfort and closure. We arrange family reunions, special trips that provide a much-needed respite or meetings with personal heroes. Veterans often want to reconnect with aspects of their previous military lives or visit monuments and memorials that have a special significance for them. We also deliver bouquets and gifts to people in need of comfort and cheer in Santa Barbara County through our Flower Empower program. Everything that we do is made possible by a dedicated community of individual supporters, volunteers, health care organizations, hospices and corporate sponsors who help in many ways, from donating funds to running fundraisers, arranging workplace giving, assembling and delivering bouquets or offering their professional photography skills. Each has played a crucial role in the 33,000 Dreams fulfilled over the past twenty-seven years.
