The Company allows investors to invest in commercial real estate outside of Canada. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 170 properties, including properties located in Germany and Austria. The Company comprises approximately 13 million square feet of gross leasable area. The Company has a 50% interest in nine properties. The Trust's asset manager is Dream Asset Management Corporation.
