Whitney Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist with over a decade of experience in founding and leading organizations across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Whit & Wisdom, a boutique strategy firm, Whitney specializes in business and marketing strategy, negotiation, and crisis problem solving. In addition to consulting for Mayacamas Partners, Whitney serves as the Chief of Strategy and Brand at The Dream Corps, focusing on social justice initiatives. Whitney also owns Lokad Records, an independent electronic music label, and has held various consulting and facilitation roles, including with the Skoll Foundation and Infosys Foundation USA. Notably, Whitney founded Girls For A Change, impacting over 20,000 girls. Educationally, Whitney pursued executive education at Harvard Business School and has an academic background from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
