Hafizah Ismail has extensive experience in the field of engineering and training, currently serving as a Training Officer in the Learning and Development Department at DreamEDGE Sdn Bhd since January 2010. Responsibilities include managing communication with HRD Corp, handling the e-tris system, preparing training proposals, conducting training sessions as a TTT Certified trainer, and supporting marketing efforts for training initiatives. Previous roles encompassed positions as an Engineer in the Knowledge Exchange & Management Department and as an Engineering Design Engineer specializing in CAD software within the Business Development Department. Hafizah Ismail began the career with positions as an Engineering Trainee at Flextronics Technology and an Engineer Intern at Malaysia Smelting Corporation. Hafizah Ismail holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis.
