E Waldo Dow

Waldo Dow has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. E Waldo worked as a Stage Manager and Lighting Technician at Lyric Opera Theater at Arizona State University from August 2000 to November 2001. From June 2004 to August 2004, they completed a summer internship at Lockheed Martin ATL. In 2006, they worked as a Tech Support Representative at Telamon, providing technical assistance and creating internal support documents. From March 2007 to December 2010, they worked as a Hospital Billing specialist at Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN, where they implemented the first hospital charge collection process and improved billing procedures. In February 2012, they joined DreamHost as a Tech Support employee, providing technical education to customers and creating internal and external documentation. E Waldo moved on to become a Systems Administrator in December 2013, resolving alerts and maintaining system performance. In December 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Systems Developer, where they improved the monitoring infrastructure, automated systems administration tasks, and fixed bugs.
