Sergei Kovalenko is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Vention, a global leader in software engineering with a significant presence and over 3,000 engineers. Since co-founding Braavo Capital in December 2014, Sergei has been instrumental in supporting early-stage technologies through various investment roles, including as an investor and advisor at Scout Ventures, and as a member of the evaluation committee for ARC Angel Fund. Additionally, Sergei holds limited partner status at DreamIt Ventures and invests as a mentor with TechLaunch LLC and Jumpstart NJ Angel Network. Before these ventures, Sergei accumulated extensive experience in software engineering roles, including Senior Software Engineer at DAQ Electronics Inc. and Product Manager at SV Company in Belarus. Sergei's academic background includes an EMBA from IPM Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
