Daniel Hawes has demonstrated a diverse career in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Insights Analyst at Dreams since November 2019, with prior roles as a Customer First Specialist and Customer Service Advisor. Previous experience includes positions at Asda as a Chilled Colleague and at Cobham, where Daniel progressed from Apprentice to Production Leading Hand. Daniel's early career included work as a Waiter at The Gate Pub. Educationally, Daniel is pursuing further studies at Multiverse and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management along with a CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership from Buckinghamshire New University. Daniel's foundational education was completed at Chesham Grammar School.

Our wonderful Bed Factory in the West Midlands helps us to make, sell and deliver over half a million mattresses, headboards, and divans every year. Now that’s a lot of Zzzs.
