Neil Swales has accumulated extensive experience in management and sales over a career spanning more than three decades. Currently serving as a Multi Site Manager at Dreams since December 2005, Neil has previously held the position of Sales Manager at Courts Furnishers for over 14 years. Earlier experience includes a role as an Artificer in the Royal Navy for nearly a year. Neil's educational background includes attending Crookhorn Secondary School.

Our wonderful Bed Factory in the West Midlands helps us to make, sell and deliver over half a million mattresses, headboards, and divans every year. Now that’s a lot of Zzzs.
