Alice Gorissen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alice started their career at Joannes Communication sa, specializing in internal communication for various industries. Alice then worked at ICHEC-PME as the Responsible for the PME-PLUS program and later as a Project Manager. Alice also had a role as the President of the Board of Directors at Les Cigalons, a childcare facility. Alice further expanded their expertise by working as a Development Consultant at Life at Work, focusing on organizational development and team management. Additionally, Alice worked as a Manager and Director of Production at Oxyprod, a television and documentary production company. Alice also gained experience in the animation industry as the Head of Dreamwall Animation Studio before becoming the CEO. Finally, Alice's skills in project management, production, and research were utilized at DEM'S, where they served as the Manager, Production Director, and Documentalist. Overall, Alice has a well-rounded background in various industries, including animation, audiovisual production, education, and childcare.

DREAMWALL
DreamWall est un studio d’animation et de graphisme spécialisé dans les métiers de production d’animation, et d’infographie. L'entreprise travaille dans le secteur de l’animation 2D et 3D, la création de décors virtuels, la visualisation 3D et l'habillage TV. Fondé en 2007, DreamWall est né d’un partenariat de Dupuis (Groupe Média Participation) et de la RTBF (chaîne tv public belge). DreamWall a pour ambition de se développer sur le marché des métiers de l’animation tout en confortant ses positions d’entreprise professionnelle dotée d’une spécialisation unique en la matière. Cette alliance entre la RTBF et Dupuis est inscrite dans la continuité et le développement. En effet, elle permet de valoriser le travail effectué par la chaîne publique depuis des années et offre de nombreuses possibilités de réalisation. Avec la création de Dreamwall, des pans importants de la production de séries d’animation venant de France ou d’Asie sont rapatriés en Belgique. Cela garantit, outre la qualité artistique des séries, un meilleur suivi de production. La localisation du studio nous rend non seulement éligible au programme de soutien belge « Tax Shelter », mais également l’inscription de projets dans le cadre du système d’aide sélective de Wallimage.
