Robert Stupp

Robert Stupp is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a (P)PMC Member of Apache Polaris and a Committer to Apache Cassandra at The Apache Software Foundation since January 2015, Robert also holds the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer at Dremio since December 2020. Previously, Robert contributed to DataStax as a Sr. Software Engineer and Solutions Architect from December 2015 to October 2020. The freelance career spanned from 2007 to November 2015, during which Robert worked as a Senior Technical Architect and Software Architect/Java Coder. Robert also held advisory and technical leadership roles at iSteps, imagelooop, contentteam, and Pironet AG, showcasing a strong background in software architecture and consultancy since 1995.
