Alex Ashman

Alex Ashman is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and illustration. Currently serving as Co Host at The Designer Monologues and as a UI/UX Designer at DREST, Alex specializes in user interface design, user experience strategy, and data analysis. Prior roles include Creative Lead at Interactive Technology Corporation, where Alex managed design teams and contributed to a range of marketing and digital projects, and Senior Designer at Monitor Creative, focusing on branding, web design, and animation. With a background that encompasses graphic design, hand-drawn illustrations, and motion graphics since 2013 as an independent illustrator, Alex combines a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and color theory with project management expertise to deliver high-quality design solutions. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Animation from Duncan of Jordanstone from 2006 to 2010.
