Cynthia Worrell

Cynthia Worrell, FACMPE, CPHIMS, is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in business operations and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering Operations at DrFirst, Inc., Cynthia oversees a team of approximately 200 employees and contractors, providing leadership while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Previous roles include Strategic Project Manager for the State of Maryland and Practice Administrator for various healthcare organizations, where Cynthia effectively directed operations, improved processes, and achieved significant production growth and cost reductions. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Montgomery College.
