Holly Flaniken

Holly Flaniken, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Ops & Process Improvement at DRG Technologies, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Holly was the Human Resources Manager at Kiolbassa Smoked Meats from January 2020 to March 2023, and before that, held the position of Director of Human Resources at Victory Packaging from June 2006 to November 2019. Holly's career began as the Vice President of Human Resources at Medical Research Consultants from 1997 to 2005, where the HR function was built from the ground up, encompassing policy creation, employee relations, space planning, supply purchasing, performance management, recruiting, training, payroll processing, and compensation and benefit plan design for over 400 employees. Holly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from LeTourneau University, with additional educational experience at the University of Houston.
