Kazima Ali

Kazima Ali has extensive experience in People Operations, starting with their current role as Director of People Operations at DrinkPrime since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People Operations - Blr at Oyster Financial, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they led and coached the entire People Operations team and transformed HR into a strategic business partner. Before that, Kazima worked as a People Operations Manager at Kabbage, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they championed the HR vision and managed various HR activities. Kazima also gained experience as an Associate at Azim Premji University, Bangalore from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on employee relations and engagement programs. Kazima started their career as an HR and Admin Manager at SAP Legal from 2011 to 2014, where they implemented various HR initiatives and upgraded the record management system. Kazima also worked as an HR and Admin Executive from 2009 to 2010, handling HR documentation and employee orientation.

Kazima Ali pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resource Management at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in the year 2020. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Corporate Secretary at the University of Madras.
