Jennifer Hail-Edwards

Jennifer Hail-Edwards has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jennifer is currently serving as the Executive Director of Communications at Dripping Springs ISD since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Black Box from 2007 to 2021, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Communications and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Communications Manager, Director of Marketing Strategy, Senior Marketing Analyst, and Marketing Consultant. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Manager at NextiraOne from 2003 to 2007, Marketing Manager at Park Holdings from 2002 to 2003, Marketing Manager at XO Communications from 2000 to 2002, and Marketing Manager at KPMG from 1997 to 2000. Overall, Jennifer has demonstrated their expertise in communications, marketing, and diversity, equity, & inclusion in various organizational settings throughout their career.

Jennifer Hail-Edwards obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, from 1991 to 1995.
