Ryan Floyd serves as the Vice President of Product Solutions and Engineering at DRiV Incorporated since May 2024, leading the team responsible for product line profitability and new product introductions within the automotive aftermarket. Prior to this role, Ryan spent over two decades at Tenneco, where responsibilities ranged from driving strategic development and engineering execution across multiple divisions to leading global engineering processes and implementing systems engineering practices. Ryan's engineering career began at Tenneco with a focus on aftertreatment technologies, culminating in various leadership positions, including Chief Engineer for the XNOx NOx abatement technology. Academically, Ryan holds an MBA from Spring Arbor University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
