Mykayla Besher's work experience begins in 2011 at Waterway Gas & Wash, where they held the position of Senior Team Leader until 2016. Mykayla then transitioned to CVS Health, starting as a Shift Supervisor in 2016 and progressing to Store Manager in Training from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they became a Store Manager at CVS Health, where they managed a team of approximately 25 employees and was responsible for various tasks such as project planning, implementation of new technology, profit analysis, sales expansion, inventory management, employee training, and recruitment. Currently, Mykayla holds the position of Customer Success Manager at DriveCentric since March 2023.
