Clayton Thompson

Clayton Thompson currently serves in Research and Development at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Clayton co-founded RS3 Sports in December 2019, where significant contributions included assisting athletes in overcoming mechanical flaws, rehabilitation, and enhancing throwing mechanics, while also overseeing operations in the final year. Experience as a biomechanics intern at Sanford Health included proficiency with V-3D, Qualysis Systems, Hawkins Force Plates, and Biodex machines. Additionally, Clayton was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Texas Christian University, training multiple sports teams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Augustana University, complemented by general studies in baseball at Lamar Community College.
