Shoji Ishida is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Architect at Drivemode since July 2017, Shoji is responsible for developing a Safer, Smarter, and Connected app for vehicles, including mobile applications for Android and iOS. Previously, as CTO of Nemustech Japan, from March 2013 to June 2017, Shoji focused on smartTV, Nscreen, Cast, M2M, and IoT technologies. Additional roles include Distinguished Engineer at neos, Director of Engineering and R&D at Mediacute where the focus was on smartphone solutions for major telecommunications companies, and positions as Embedded Software Architect at Gemini Mobile Technologies and Senior Staff Engineer at JavaSoft. Early career experiences include engineering roles at Cognex Corporation and NCS. Shoji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Hiroshima Institute of Technology.

This rapid growth, ability to engage users, and deep knowledge of driver behavior has attracted various key players in the connected car ecosystem to further bolster our position as an emerging platform.
