Samantha Strube

Samantha Strube is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in enhancing employee experience and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at DriveTime, Samantha previously held key positions such as Head of People & Culture at air up, where responsibility included managing US HR operations for a global food tech company. As the first VP of People at Encamp, Samantha established the People function and achieved a significant headcount growth with minimal attrition. Earlier roles as Head of People at LogicGate and Director of People at Eight Bit Studios involved developing HR strategies and policies, navigating challenges during pivotal moments, and ensuring effective employee engagement and development. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from East Carolina University.
