Swamy Nadimpally has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Senior Software Developer at IBM Global Services. Swamy gained diversified experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, design, programming, testing, deployment, and administration. Swamy'stechnical skills included Java/J2EE, EMS, TibRV, Oracle, Spring, ANT, Junit, and WebLogic.

In 2017, Swamy joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President of CIB Technology, where they worked until 2021.

In 2021, Swamy joined DriveWealth as a Principal Software Engineer and subsequently took on the role of Senior Principal Software Engineer in 2024.

Swamy Nadimpally completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in the period 1993-1997. Swamy later pursued a Master of Engineering in Computer Technology and Applications from Delhi University, which they completed between 1998 and 2000.
