Shawn Dillon

Shawn Dillon has been working in the technology industry since 1997, when they founded their first company, Lantech Solutions Inc. After selling this company, they moved on to Canadian Retail Solutions Inc. in 2002, where they served as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for directing the company into new areas of technology and managing custom software projects, large retail roll-outs and business analysis. In 2016, they joined Management One Ltd. as Director Of Technical Services, where they managed the delivery of technical services, worked with stakeholders and customers to make iterative changes to software, and improved and maintained Shuttle, their Point Of Sale integration system. Currently, Shawn Dillon is a System Engineer at Drivewyze, where they are responsible for integrating the internal systems and adding value to wherever they can.

Shawn Dillon attended Ambrose University from 1991 to 1993 and obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 1994. In 2001, they obtained a Retail Pro Version 8 Technician certification from Retail Pro. In 2005, they obtained a Microsoft Retail Management System 2.0 Store Operations certification from Microsoft. In 2010, they obtained a Retail Pro 9 Application Expert, Retail Pro Version 9 Reports Professional, and Retail Pro Version 9 Systems Engineer certification from Retail Pro International, LLC.
