Larry serves as President/CEO working with the Managing Principals and senior team leaders to guide the direction of the firm, its growth and adherence to DRMP’s culture and core values. He also supports the firm’s General Civil Engineering, Structures, Water Resources, Ecological, and Geographic Information Systems divisions as well as oversees the Federal/Department of Defense Services. He joined DRMP in 1987 as a Civil Engineer in the Stormwater Department and then became a Managing Principal and joined the Board of Directors in 1999. His personal vision for DRMP is to continue to grow at a steady pace, provide internal growth for employees and continue to become an industry leader.

Founded in 1977, DRMP, Inc. is a privately-held, multi-discipline civil engineering and surveying firm that develops innovative design solutions for infrastructure development in the public, private and industrial sectors. With offices throughout the southeastern United States and 600+ employees strong, DRMP specializes in civil engineering, surveying and mapping, ecological services and construction engineering inspection, transportation engineering and water resources/stormwater engineering. We are also aware that being a successful firm in this industry is not solely based on our capabilities to design, survey, inspect or study but to incorporate sustainability into our projects and enhance the quality of life in the communities in which we serve.
