Prior to this, Shashank worked at IB Group from September 2013 to March 2022, where Shashank held the position of National Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager. Shashank was responsible for the Pet Food division for East India, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, as well as managing the Indian Sub-Continent business in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. Shashank also has experience working at Mars as a Business Manager, Thomson Reuters as an Assistant Manager, and BASF India Ltd. as a Summer Internee. Shashank holds a degree in Senior Management Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, among other educational achievements.
