Arafa Soliman possesses extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as the Head of Kuwait Operations at Drops since January 2019, previously holding the role of Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) from June 2013 to March 2018, where Arafa advanced through positions from Supervisor to Assistant Manager. Arafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Elminiya University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
